Who We Serve

Low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot maintain their homes, as well as nonprofit facilities, are eligible for our services. All work is done free of charge. Individual families and nonprofit facilities are referred to us through by community agencies, service groups, or by self-referral. To receive consideration, candidates must complete and submit an application form.

How Projects are Selected

The project selection team reviews each applicant to determine whether the home or non-profit facility meets defined eligibility criteria to provide warmth, safety and independence. A site visit is made to ensure that the project is within the scope of work we are able to provide. Homeowners must be low-income and unable to do the work themselves.
